How do I enrol in a course?
Browse our course catalogue, select the course you want, and click "Enrol Now." You will need to create an account and complete payment. Once confirmed, you will have immediate access.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept M-Pesa, bank transfer, and card payments. All transactions are processed securely.
Are the courses self-paced or cohort-based?
We offer both formats. Self-paced courses let you learn on your schedule. Cohort-based courses follow a structured schedule with set start and end dates and live sessions.
How long do I have access to a course?
Once enrolled, you have lifetime access to all course materials, including any future updates to the content.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. Upon completing all modules and assessments, you will receive a verified digital certificate of completion. You can share it on LinkedIn or verify it on our certificate verification page.
Can I verify a certificate?
Yes. Anyone can verify a certificate using the unique token on our certificate verification page. This ensures the authenticity of your credential.
What if I need a refund?
We offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course content. Contact learn@azaelhaward.com to request a refund.
How do I reset my password?
